Foley Catheter - Condom Catheter

(Thank you @finfinfiona for bringing the Foley Catheter statement to my attention)

Please skip to 9:48

Dr. Conrad Murray states here that Michael had a "Foley Catheter"
please look under "Medical Uses"  does not indicate it is for those that have to urinate frequently because of enlarge prostate issues (day or night) but it does indicate for someone that can't urinate - measuring output in critically ill persons and end of life care - does that sound like something that would have been used in this situation?  I don't think so.

Let's take a look at what the autopsy said:
Please look to the last sentence that is highlighted in yellow.
There was also an external urine catheter present.

What is an external catheter (I think in this case it's been called a condom catheter)

In the Room at Carolwood we've seen one of these full of urine

Urinals[edit]

Urinals are a class of device which does not attach to the body. Instead, these external collection systems can be placed against the urinary opening during voiding and removed once voiding is complete. These are commonly used by hunters and sportsmen who may spend long periods away from a bathroom. These are not appropriate for men with urinary retention or who experience involuntary urine leakage.
ANOTHER TYPE OF EXTERNAL CATHETER:

Texas catheter[edit]

Texas or Condom catheters are made of silicone or latex (depending on the brand/manufacturer) and cover the penis just like a condom. It is attached to a drain at the bottom of the catheter which has tubing leading to a leg or bedside bag. Texas catheters are designed to be worn 24/7 and changed daily. Texas catheters come in several sizes to accommodate anatomical variation. Texas catheters are not appropriate for men who have retracted anatomy or are uncircumcised.
Texas catheter users may experience a range of potential complications. These complications can increase in severity and frequency with long term use. Up to 40% of condom catheter users will develop a urinary tract infection with long term use.[1] Additionally, 15% of long term users will develop skin injuries including: inflammation, ulceration, necrosis, gangrene and constriction of the penis.[2] Additionally, sizing can prove difficult for some men, leading to dislodgement of the catheter and urine spillage during voiding (commonly referred to as pop-offs or blow-offs). Additionally, 1.3% of condom catheter users will develop a bladder or renal stone requiring medical treatment.[3]

I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT THIS TYPE OF CATHETER WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RECOMMENED TO SOMEONE THAT IS UNCIRCUMCISED AS MICHAEL JOE JACKSON WAS REPORTEDLY UNCIRCUMCISED.

Just another thing that makes one say hmmmm - and makes me wonder how many innocent people are behind bars because the judicial system may not have the integrity it needs ....

the Autopsy Report above also indicates gauze on the decedents nose and tape in his mouth.... ok lets take another look at the photo everyone does not like to look at: (statement also highlighted in yellow)
Please note that the tape is above the mouth not in the mouth and what is hanging that is a tube doesn't appear to be from the mouth - so what is the tape holding in.

I've mentioned this and the "red wound" on the body in the center of the chest.... a wound of that nature on a deceased body would not be red.  HMMM

The autopsy report does address the red spot on the center of the chest... see below
this page shows (E) Condom Catheter (not a foley) and (F) Resuscitative abrasion-contusion
(contusion in a bruse)  Abrasion - that would be from "handling" chest compressions - I don't think it would have wore the skin off and even if it - - - a deceased body does not have red blood - it doesn't bleed red blood.
