1:49 leaving asprin in its protective plastic evidence bag
2:50 box of lotion p #148 marking peoples 122 left in it's protective evidence bag
3:43 P123 could not see if he removed this from it's bag before marking and moving on
4:27 P 124 not taken out of its protective bag - marked bag as 124
5:12 pointing to the jug of urine - was that urine ever tested....??? If there was a catheter of any kind on the body why would there be need for a urinal and why would the urinal be full of urine?
12:01 Walgren begins discussing the 3 bags taken from closet shelf... he brings in these to evidence and touches each of the items without gloves on.... Touches the box with the blood pressure cuff in it with his bare hands. It was not in an evidence bag.
