Conrad Murray - Evidence handled without GLOVES In a Court of LAW and we call it JUSTICE?
The all famous words from a trial that showed that gloves did not fit the accused.
Please notice that the defendant is wearing gloves in order to preserve the evidence - the black leather gloves he is trying on.
The image below was taken from video on youtube that was from televised coverage of the Jodi Arias Trial. Please note the person on the witness stand is handling evidence and that she is wearing also the gloves to protect the integrity of the evidence .
Now lets think about the Conrad Murray trial. Conrad Murray was interviewed by CNN and stated that evidence wasn't handled appropriately out of the court and in the court. If that is the case, why wouldn't the jurors notice this, the lawyers, the JUDGE....
Here is a link to the interview on CNN https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exoJ1a-SRJg
I'd like to share with you a picture from a video from the court room coverage from the trial

Now I haven't re-watched all the videos from the trial yet - but I will continue to look and find any other examples:
NO GLOVES - This bag was not entered into evidence but had already been dusted for finger prints - the attorney for the state was attempting to present it to the jury before even entering it into evidence. At this point he had altered the evidence/not protecting it's integrity right in front of the entire court and television audience - and then enters it as evidence.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTXfFzlcDWM at 4:35 showing on the screen handling of a bottle at 4:53 handling bottle again without glove in front of witness. Then at 6:01 the bottle being handle w/o gloves is then inserted inside the saline bag that was just entered as evidence - thus cross contaminating the two pieces of evidence - integrity has been lost. Neither of these pieces were in protective evidence bags so contamination occurred even prior to being presented to court. At 6:40 the judge even has the prosecutor speak in words what he just did so that it is in the court transcript for those not present to see - ie the evidence was contaminated and then cross contaminated.
Look Mom - No Gloves
The Witness' Turn to Contaminate
Look People - No Gloves
Then the judge describes the prosecutors action as he shows the jury the contaminated evidence passing it off as legitimate evidence - right in front of their eyes to see he didn't have gloves on!
same day of trial - more testimony
at 13:01 an item is being entered as evidence - taken from the scene - and it is not in an evidence bag - it is touched in the court room by Prosecutor, Defendant's Attorney who sets it on a table that contaminates it more (item takes a persons pulse rate)
Please check back for updates to this post - thank you!
UPDATE
AT 8:04 defense attorney asks witness - A. Alvarez about did he wear gloves at the house when removing the IV bag from the IV Stand and he replied no. So even at this point you'd think someone would have started to think about "Using Gloves" to protect evidence... even the jury should have noticed this - I think anyways.
