#2 Day 7 Walgren handles more evidence without gloves

2:20  Peoples 105   Walgren again opens another evidence bags, touches it with bare hands and writes the P-105 on the item    Another bottle in bag labeled 106 and is being touched with bare hands and a third labeled after being removed from a sealed bag and touched with Walgren's bare hands marking P-107
These three bottles then placed on overhead - cross contamination.  4:04

5:27 another evidence bag opened and bottle inside touched by Walgern with bare hands P-108
another bag opened and item handled with bare hands of Walgren P-109  Another bag opened without gloves and handled with bare hands by Walgren p-110   Another bag opened and touched with bare hands of Walgren (7:15)  P-111  These also placed on overhead contaminating the evidence futher - placing them also on the people's table.


8:22  He picks up an "opened" evidence bag containing "lotions" he pulls the lotion tubes out with bare hands -  and marks at P 112   2nd tube P113 but also touched by Walgren without gloves.  3rd tube touching it with bare hands now labeld  P=114  (9:39)    Tubes then placed also on the overhead compromising further the evidence.

14:00 Item 142 a syringe marked as P-118  he state's he is leaving this item in the bag - places bag on overhead for everyone to view.

OK why would you leave this in the bag and not everything else?
