What's Coming Together
People are coming together to celebrate 50 years for The Beatles... Coming together - MJ performs this in Moonwalker after he and 3 children walk into the back door then onto a stage. Reading today about The Ed Sullivan Show I found this interesting information about the studio where his shows were filmed. Below you'll see Studio 54 was purchased by CBS and Renamed 52. You'll also read that The Ed Sullivan Theater once had access to Studio 52 through an access door which was blocked over in 1993. Reading this I was brought back to Moonwalker - where MJ and the kids entered through a back door... and they were "backstage" the kids went one way MJ the other - and then you see MJ performing "Come Together" - a Beatles Song. CBS Studio 52[edit]
In 1943 CBS Radio purchased the theatre, renaming it Studio 52. CBS named its studios in order of purchase; the number 52 was unrelated to the street it was located on. During these years, CBS used the theater for radio broadcasts.From the 1940s to the mid-1970s, CBS used the location as a radio and TV stage that housed such shows as What's My Line?, The $64,000 Question, Password, To Tell the Truth, Beat the Clock, The Jack Benny Show, I've Got a Secret, Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour, and Captain Kangaroo.[10] The soap opera Love of Life was produced there until 1975.
In 1976, CBS moved most of its broadcast functions to the Ed Sullivan Theater and the CBS Broadcast Center, and sold Studio 52. The Ed Sullivan Theater once had access to Studio 52 through an access door, which was cinder-blocked during the theater's 1993 renovation for Late Show with David Letterman.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of one of the most historic moments in music and television, The Recording Academy, AEG Ehrlich Ventures and CBS will present "The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles." The primetime entertainment special will celebrate the remarkable legacy of the seven-time GRAMMY-winning group and their groundbreaking first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show." The two-hour show will tape on Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, the day after the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards, and will be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound on the CBS Television Network Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, from 8–10 p.m. ET/PT — exactly 50 years to the day, date and time of the original event.
"The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles" will feature today's top artists covering songs performed by the Fab Four that momentous evening in 1964 and Beatles songs through the years, and will include footage from that landmark Sunday evening, as well as other archival material. In addition, various presenters will help highlight and contextualize the musical, cultural and historical impact of the group and this legendary performance.

The Beatles' first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" is one of the most watched television events ever — with 74 million people tuning in to watch the group perform five songs during the variety hour. It is considered by many historians and critics as one of the most important moments in music and television.
