Always just before the weekend?
At one point in time we've wondered "why does all this happened just before the weekend"... well it happens on Fridays to fuel the controversy for the "media" to spin their stories while more people are off work to "tune in" - - - Friday nights and Saturday Nights People go to "the movies" or do other things for "entertainment" and that's what the television is too "entertainment"
