When Julie married CBS honcho Leslie Moonves back in 2004, she changed her legal name to Julie Moonves .  But since then she's had a string of big jobs, including host of "The Talk " and " Big Brother ," as well as anchor on the " CBS Early Show " -- where she was billed as Chen . This created problems .  Julie tells TMZ, "Some places list me as one last name versus the other and when you have to show ID ... like at The White House or airport it could stall things when it was not a match... Declines Prosecution In Bev Hills Beating Case 30 minutes ago BY TMZ STAFF EXCLUSIVE Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for beating up a guy in the waiting room of a Beverely Hills chiropractor ... TMZ has learned. The L.A. County D.A. has REJECTED the case.  As for why ... the D.A. gave several reasons: -- A civil compromise has been reached .  TMZ broke the story, Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old.  -- The victim was not hurt .  The D.A. says "No significant injuries were documented." -- The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise , and would not speak with prosecutors. The conclusion of the D.A. ... "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability." Justin Bieber Jet Detained Because Of Pot Smell 41 minutes ago BY TMZ STAFF Exclusive Details 12:59 PM PT -- We're told all passengers have now been released. No drugs were found. Justin Bieber 's private jet touched down outside NYC for the Super Bowl -- and authorities immediately held him for questioning ... because of a strong odor of pot coming from his plane ... TMZ has learned. We're told ... the plane was stopped after it arrived at Teterboro airport in New Jersey.  As we told you ... Justin, his dad and some friends were traveling there for Super Bowl parties. TMZ broke the story ... Miami Beach cops claimed they noticed Bieber and his buddy Khalil (who drove a red Ferrari) drag racing and that's why they were stopped. Cops claimed they were going between 55 and 60 MPH. But the GPS on Justin's car records speed when the car accelerates quickly. Take a look at the read-out. At 4:07 AM Justin left the club and zoomed away ... reaching a maximum speed of 44 MPH. Two minutes later the GPS registered at a max speed of 27 MPH. Here's why the read-out is so significant.
